Summer Bliss Bowls with Sweet Potato Falafel and Jalapeño Ranch – you won’t trust how simple this 5 factor falafel is!
for the candy potato falafel:
1 uncooked candy potato, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup cooked brown rice and/or quinoa
1/2 cup almonds or different nuts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
oil for frying

FALAFEL STEP ONE: Pulse the candy potato by means of a meals processor till finely minced. Add the brown rice/quinoa and almonds and pulse till properly combined and uniform in texture. Add the egg and salt and pulse till mixed. Transfer to a bowl and stir within the flour.
FALAFEL STEP TWO: Form the combination into balls or patties. Heat the oil over medium warmth and fry every falafel for a couple of minutes on every part till golden brown and cooked through.
BOWLS: Assemble all of your meals in a bowl. Top with the falafels and jalapeño ranch dressing.
