Ingredients:


    1 pound boneless, skinless hen breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
    Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to taste
    2 huge eggs, beaten
    1 cup Panko*

For the sauce


    1/4 cup decreased sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    four cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
    1 tablespoon Sriracha

Directions:
