For the Chicken

    1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1-1/4 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon floor cumin

    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
    8 boneless, skinless hen thighs, trimmed

For the Honey-Vinegar Glaze

    6 tablespoons honey

    2 teaspoons + 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, divided
