Ingredients

2 cups recent Parmesan cheese finely grated (see notes)
    1 tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp oregano see notes
    1 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F. Line NULL enormous baking sheets with parchment paper or Silpat mats.

If your Parmesan is no longer tremendous enough, pulse it just a couple of seconds on your meals processor. In a enormous bowl, combine Parmesan, flour and oregano.
Place a spherical cookie cutter at the willing baking sheet. Carefully sprinkle a tablespoon of cheese combination into the cutter and tender the surface. Remove the cutter. Repeat with the rest mixture, leaving a 1-inch hole among every melt. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
Bake within the oven for 5-7 minutes or till pale golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Recipe Notes

For this recipe, pre-grated parmesan won’t work. You must purchase a block of parmesan and grate it yourself.
I decided to make use of merely 1/2 tsp of dried oregano simply due to the fact I needed the style to be subtle. Don’t hesitate to make use of 1 tsp for a more suitable flavor.
