LEMONY #CHICKEN #STIR #FRY #WITH #ASPARAGUS


was so keen to write down final Friday’s post. Thank you everybody on your form phrases about our pregnancy announcement. Being capable to lastly discuss freely about it on right right this is actually fun.


Since we’ve been pregnant and I had been feeling now not 100%, David has been doing a lot extra of the cooking. And even assisting with weblog pictures too! This fowl asparagus stir fry is actually quickly and flavorful. We threw a few brown rice within the rice cooker and dinner was done.


LEMONY CHICKEN STIR FRY WITH ASPARAGUS
Serves 3-4
4 boneless, skinless fowl breasts, cubed
Kosher salt, to taste
1/2 cup fowl broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons recent lemon juice
Lemon zest
Salt & pepper


Cook asparagus and oil in a skillet over medium warmth for 3-4 minutes. When 1 minute remains, upload garlic. Set asparagus and garlic aside.

Season fowl with salt & pepper. Increase warmth to excessive and prepare dinner fowl till browned. Set fowl apart and upload soy sauce and fowl broth to skillet. Bring to boil for about 1 minute. And lemon juice, water, and corn starch and stir for about 1 minute. Return fowl and asparagus to pan. Coat with sauce. Top with lemon zest.
