INGREDIENTS
For the cauliflower and candy potatoes:
1 head cauliflower, cut into medium-sized florets (about 3-4 cups florets)
1 big candy potato, cut into ½ inch cubes (about 2-3 cups diced candy potato)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon flooring turmeric
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon red cayenne pepper
