How to Make It
Place bird on a rimmed baking sheet. Make spice rub: Combine all meals in a small bowl. Sprinkle spice blend over bird and rub in. Cover with plastic wrap and sit back for at the least 6 hours.
Make sauce: Combine all meals in a huge pan. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, till thickened. Remove from heat.
Preheat grill to medium low; oil whilst hot. Cook bird for 10 minutes, turn over and prepare dinner for 8 minutes longer. Brush sauce on one edge of chicken, turn over and prepare dinner for three minutes. Brush ultimate edge with sauce, turn over and prepare dinner for three minutes, or till cooked through.
