It was a complete on-a-whim salad that simply kinda used everything I had on hand. And yummmmmm! It was so good! So lemony and recent and colorful. The lentils and bulgur (a small wheat grain) take up all of the taste of the sauteed tomato and garlic. Plus that citrus dressing and the recent parsley? Yes, yes, yes. I felt higher about myself after only one large ol’ bite.

DESCRIPTION
This sauteed garlic and tomato lentil salad is a delicious and wholesome option to get pleasure from lentils! Colorful, bright, and recent flavors.


INGREDIENTS

NOTES
