Paleo #Pumpkin #Chili #(AIP, #Whole30)


This pumpkin chili is rich and hearty! It's nightshade optional, whole30, paleo, and easy to make AIP.


Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Meat
  • 1 lb Ground beef
Produce
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 cups Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Sweet potato
  • 1 Yellow onion
Canned Goods
  • 4 cups Beef broth
Condiments
  • 1 cupTomatoes/nomato sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
Dairy
  • 1 Sour cream, Dairy-free
Other
  • optional- 2 tsp chili powder (omit for AIP)
