Gond #Ke #Laddu


Made using edible gum resin (gond), whole wheat flour, heaps of makhana, chironji, various seeds and enriching dry fruits, Gond ke Ladoo is uber healthy.


Ingredients
∙ Makes 10
Produce
  • 2 tsp Ginger, Powder
  • 2 tbsp Melon, Seeds
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup Coconut, Dry
Dairy
  • 1 cup Ghee
Other
  • 2 tbsp Chironji
  • 100 g Gond
  • 1 cup Makhana (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar or boora
