General #Tso's #Cauliflower


This is a healthier, low-carb version of General Tso's Chicken, using baked cauliflower florets rather than fried chicken pieces.


Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
∙ Serves 2
Produce
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 6 Red chilis, dried
Condiments
  • 2 tsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce, dark
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp White sugar, granulated
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
Liquids
  • 1/2 cup Water
