Crab #Fries


These healthy Crab Fries are made with baked fries, and are loaded with crab meat, a little cheese, and a garlic yogurt sauce.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz Dungeness crab legs
Produce
  • 1/4 cup Chives, fresh
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Lemon, juice from
  • 2 Russet (baking) potatoes, large
Baking & Spices
  • 2 1/2 tsp Old bay seasoning
  • 2 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
  • 2 oz Mozzarella, fresh
  • 2 oz Queso fresco
  • 1 cup Yogurt, plain
