Ingredients
 1 huge head of cauliflower*
 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
 1/2 cup diced onion
 3 cloves garlic minced
 1 tsp cumin
 1 tsp salt + additional to taste
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 1/4 – 1/2 cup bird or vegetable broth
 Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
